- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Work in Newport Monday to Friday but live in London, hence the need to register with a Newport surgery. Currently with the surgery and my experience so far has been horrendous! Do not deserve a single star! Registered in October 2016 and still waiting for my medical records to arrive from my previous surgery (July 2017). Doctors and admin staff are not bothered that my records are missing and have done absolutely nothing to find or trace my records. This means I can not receive ongoing medications. Unhelpful receptionists wielding their appointment booking power to determine whether I get to see a doctor or not. Poor general service delivery! I had rather go to Gwent A&E or walk-in centres back in England to have access to medical services than attend this surgery.by akinOctober 27, 2017
